Front of House Duty Manager

Salary: dependent upon experience

Hours will cover evenings and weekends

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Duty Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the complex, whilst providing a high quality, professional and welcoming service to our customers. A flexible approach to meet the demands of the service is essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* To take bookings and payments for the use of the facilities at Little Hay Golf Complex.

* Ensure all daily opening and closing and facility checks are completed and recorded

* To take management responsibility for all operational aspects of Little Hay, in the absence of the Site Hospitality Manager

* Supporting the HM in the recruitment, management, and training of the relevant employees.

* Ranger the course, when necessary.

Keys Skills/Experience:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude to work and a flexible approach to meet the demands of the service.

Ideally, you will have experience of working in the leisure/hospitality industry, however we would be happy to consider candidates with significant experience from other customer facing roles.

Golf Marshall

Little Hay Golf Complex

We are looking to recruit Golf Marshall's to join our team. The ideal candidates will be extremely organised, confident in dealing with people, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Seasonal & Flexible Contracts will be available. Hours will include evenings and weekends.

In this role you will cover a wide range of duties including, but not limited to - 1st tee starter, pace of play management, reminding golfers of etiquette requirements, ensuring all green fees are paid for those on the course, etc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work on their own initiative.

Previous experience of working in a customer service and a sound golf knowledge required.

A UK driving licence is desirable

We are looking to recruit Part Time and Casual Front of House Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will be extremely organised, confident in dealing with people, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Part Time & Casual hours available. Hours will include evenings and weekends.

In this role you will cover a wide range of duties including working on reception, serving customers in the bar and being a ranger on the golf course.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work on their own initiative.

Previous experience of working in a customer service environment is essential.

A UK driving licence is desirable
