New Booking System

We are delighted to say that our new booking system launches on Monday 11th October, offering users greater flexibility over their bookings.

All pre-existing bookings have been transferred. For bookings from Monday 11th October please use the new system to book golf. Please note, if you want to play on Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th October and you have not already booked by Friday morning, you will need to phone us (01442 952444) or come in to book.

Your new account
If you have supplied your email address, you will receive an email with your account details. If you have not received this email by Sunday 10th October, please:

1. Check your Junk / Spam email folder
   2. If you still can’t find the email, go to www.chronogolf.com and click on ‘log on’ in the top right corner. A pop up window will display with a link to click called ‘Instructions for Members’.
   3. Add your email address and click on ‘resend email’.

How to book on to the Tee Sheet as an Annual Ticket Holder (called ‘Member’ on the system)  1. Login to your account.
2. Click on ‘Member Tee-sheet’ at the right of your name to access the tee-sheet. It will open your dashboard from which you can open the tee-sheet. 
3. The tee-sheet allows you to see who has booked and at what time, as well as reserve your own tee-times.
4. As an Annual Ticket holder you can reserve up to 14 days in advance.
5. You can include guests in your reservation by searching with their last name or choosing them from your ‘buddy list’.
6. When you complete the reservation, you and your guests (if we have their email address) will receive an email confirmation.

How to cancel or edit a Tee-Time
1. Log in your profile
2. Click ‘cancel’ next to your tee-time
3. You can edit a booking by logging into your profile and clicking ‘edit’

App Users
Unfortunately it will no longer be possible to book using the  Little Hay App, however, if you go to the App store or Google Play App Store and download 'Chronogolf by Lightspeed'  you will be able to book via this App. As a Member (Annual Ticket Holder), please ensure you use the login details that will be emailed to you, otherwise you will only see Visitor rates.
