Mick Whelan, Kirk House take Men's November Medals

The Men’s November medal was touch and go, but the weather relented for a few hours to enable Mick Whelan to win the Division 1 medal. Mick went out 41 home in 38 with 2 birdies and 9 pars scoring an impressive nett 69. Kirk House won division 2 going out in 41 home in 40 with 1 birdie and 9 pars for an equally impressive nett 64.

1^st Mick Whelan 79 – 10 = 69

2^nd Mick Milne 78 – 7 = 71

3^rd Erman Housein 88 – 16 = 72

1^st Kirk House 81 – 17 =64

2^nd Colin Greenshields 84 – 18 = 66

3^rd Trevor Sargent 88 – 17 = 71

Half Term saw the junior’s take to the course twice last week. Wednesday saw Noah Scotchbrook win the mixed Stableford with an impressive 43 points.

3^rd Oliver Zammit 38 pts

Friday saw Sapphire Boyce win the mixed medal with a Nett 74 beating Thomas Ashton by a stroke while Oliver Zammit was third with a nett 87.

Friday was also the culmination of the 2019 junior order of merit race won by Thomas Ashton with 957 pts.
